I designed a promotional mini-site for this clothing retailer to bring awareness to its brand and drive sales. The client wanted to set up a sweepstakes where potential customers could win a wardrobe and a trip to Aspen. I was worked under Condé Nast’s studio and the copywriters came up with the concept of packing for a trip which I translated via design with a satisfying outfit selection interaction.

Clicking on an outfit caused the tile to horizontally flip to reveal product information and a button to the product detail page on the retailer’s website. I also designed accompanying ads appearing on Condé Nast properties such as style.com.

I designed this interactive events calendar promoting tourism in Texas. The client provided no assets other than the logo you see in the upper right of the screen below. To complement the leather patch logo I went for an earthy feel with a color palette of natural colors and I searched for warmly colored stock photography to accompany the events. For the calendar dates I used Photoshop to distress the typography for a worn and rugged but comfortable feel, like a favorite pair of old jeans. Hovering over each thumbnail revealed more event information via an overlay. I also designed ads in multiple sizes.

I designed the denim section, ad banners and email campaigns. I also did some photo retouching (the hair was the trickiest part.)
